Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance on September 19, 2020, starting at 14:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.Customer and Partner portals will not be available.
During the maintenance period customer will experience the following:
Agents will be unable to connect to the backend, they will show as grey.
Agents connectivity tests will fail.
Agent interfaces will display “Connecting to Symantec”
Your installed devices will remain protected throughout the maintenance. All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
