    Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance on September 19, 2020, starting at 14:00 UTC, for a duration of 4 hours.

    Impact
    During the maintenance period customer will experience the following:

  • Customer and Partner portals will not be available.
  • Agents will be unable to connect to the backend, they will show as grey.
  • Agents connectivity tests will fail.
  • Agent interfaces will display “Connecting to Symantec”

    Your installed devices will remain protected throughout the maintenance. All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
